Hobbs Barossa Ranges

In 1995, Greg and Allison moved with their children Sean, Bridget, and Jessica to a historic 15-acre vineyard, trading city life for a life among the vines. At Hobbs, belief in the balance of nature is paramount, which is why they pursue an organic and biodynamic approach in their vineyard. Every wine is hand-picked, with a focus on preserving the natural flavors of the grapes. Careful pruning over the years has restored the vitality of the old vines. The unique soil profile and cooler climate of the Hobbs vineyard promote long, gentle ripening conditions that highlight the characteristic flavor and acid balance of the fruit.
