Refund policy

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept the products and services.
However, the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date of pickup or delivery. The date of the postmark or the date of pickup shall be decisive.
Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.
The return of products is at the buyer’s expense and risk. A valid proof of purchase must be available and presented. The products must be sent in their original packaging, complete, and well-protected to the following address:

Free Shipping:
If the value of the order falls below the minimum amount qualifying for free shipping due to a partial or complete return of goods, the customer is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the original order. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
