Four Locations, One Philosophy: Authenticity and Sustainability at Vasse Felix
In the idyllic Margaret River region, you'll find the heart of Vasse Felix. Four unique vineyards - Home Vineyard, Boodjidup, Karridale, and Adams Road - together form the foundation of this renowned Australian winery. Each of these sites brings its own characteristic and personality to the wines, yet they all share a common philosophy: authenticity and sustainability.
The Home Vineyard is the heart of Vasse Felix. It is home to the oldest vines in Margaret River and is known for producing premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The cool sea breezes and well-drained gravelly loam soils provide optimal conditions for growing these varieties.

Boodjidup and Karridale, the other two sites, are also significant parts of the winery. Boodjidup, which became part of the Vasse Felix Estate in 2015 and 2018, is ideal for growing Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Sauvignon Blanc. Karridale, part of the Estate since 2010, offers excellent conditions for sparkling wine production.
Adams Road, the largest of the four vineyards, is located in the warmer Carbunup region of Margaret River. This vineyard produces grapes with full ripeness, accessibility, and generous flavor - ideal characteristics for Vasse Felix's regional wines.
Despite their differing characteristics, all vineyards share a common philosophy. At Vasse Felix, there is a firm belief that great wines are made in the vineyard and must be authentic expressions of their origin. Each parcel is treated individually, from harvesting to special fermentation and maturation.

The Vasse Felix Premier Shiraz is a triumph of winemaking. Fermented with wild yeasts naturally occurring in the Vasse Felix environment and then aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, this wine develops exceptional complexity and finesse. With its balanced structure and lush aromas of cassis, blackberries, and dark cherries, this red wine is ideal for anyone seeking a sophisticated red wine with great cool-climate character. With an alcohol content of 14% and a shelf life of 6-8 years, this 100% Shiraz is an excellent addition to any wine collection.

Are you looking for a white wine that combines complexity and elegance? Then the Vasse Felix Heytesbury Chardonnay is just right. Made from hand-harvested grapes, this wine offers a balanced blend of spice, citrus, and stone fruit. A hint of coastal herbs and green tea adds additional complexity to the classic Heytesbury perfume. After 9 months in oak barrels, this wine is full, complex, and well-balanced. With an alcohol content of 13% and a shelf life of at least 5 years, this Chardonnay is a true delight.

Last, but no less impressive, we present the Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc. With its bright, golden straw hue and delightful tropical fruit aromas, this Sauvignon Blanc is a feast for the senses.
