Langmeil is the oldest winery in the Barossa Valley. The company was founded in 1842. At that time, the baker and farrier were still on the same farm.

Today, the family business is run by brothers Paul and James Lindner, who pour their heart and soul into winemaking. The company still boasts the oldest Shiraz on the estate. Planted in 1843, the vines resemble ancient bonsai trees and impress with their rich fruit.
