83% of the Shiraz grapes come from the Barossa and 17% from the Eden Valley. 25-51 year old vines. On the palate, opulent with plenty of sweet plum fruit to balance the fine-grained tannins. A hint of liquorice and blueberries enrich the long, silky and sweetly spiced finish.
