Description
A dark red Sparkling Shiraz. A bouquet of exotic spices, red cherries, and slightly grassy notes. Full-bodied and smooth-drinking. Pairs very well with mature cheese. Can be enjoyed young, but will become even more complex over the years.
Pairs with: Aperitif, appetizer, cheese, simply on its own
