Blanc de Noir means: from red to white. Pinot Noir grapes are pressed quickly after harvesting so that the color remains in the skins. The result is a fruity, berry wine with the subtle taste of ripe quince.

Goes well with: Aperitifs, mussels, Asian dishes.
