De Bortoli Noble One Botrytis Semillon 37.5cl

A Sauternes-style wine. Light golden-yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of kumquats, vanilla, apricots, and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, the wine presents lovely flavors of apricots and oranges, as well as citrus and vanilla notes. The acidity-sweetness balance is wonderfully harmonious. The finish is silky and long-lasting. A delight with desserts as well as blue cheese.
