In the winery, the fruits are fermented with wild yeasts that occur naturally in the environment. The young wine then matures for 11 months in French oak barrels to give the finished bottling additional complexity and finesse. This well-structured and balanced red wine bursts with lush aromas of cassis, blackberries and dark cherries and is ideal for anyone looking for a sophisticated red wine with plenty of cool-climate character.
