Lake Breeze Arthur's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec 75cl

This wine is a blend of 88% Cabernet, 7% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec and is truly handcrafted from the vineyard to the finished product. The grapes were carefully selected from 40-50 year old vines from the family winery in the famous Langhorne Creek river plain. Small open fermenters with maceration times of 8-12 days were used. The wine was then aged for 21 months in 100% French oak, with only the best barrels of the vintage selected for the final blend. This remained unfined and unfiltered. The resulting wine shows classic aromas of blackcurrant with violet, mint and spicy characters. On the palate, it has great depth and silkiness and shows wonderful intensity and length of flavour. If stored correctly, this wine will be wonderfully drinkable for the next 15-20 years.
