Description
Dark inky red with violet nuances. On the nose, blueberries, plum, and spices. On the palate, fleshy blue fruits, dark cherry, and spices.
This grape variety is usually blended with Grenache and Shiraz. However, we wanted to highlight the sweet fruits of Mourvèdre. The beautiful balance between fruit and acidity makes this wine perfect for immediate enjoyment but also for cellaring for a few more years.
Pairs well with: Meat, pasta, game, barbecue, or simply for enjoyment.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Origin: Barossa Valley, Ebenezer Region
