A rich and luscious blend of Shiraz wines, fortified with sweet brandy spirit. The nose is full of plum pudding and spice and the palate is rich in sweet fruit with a long lingering finish. The perfect accompaniment to a delicious cheese platter or simply to warm the cockles of your heart on a cold winter’s night. This rich, luscious fortified wine is named after William Ullinger, who established Redgate Wines in 1977.
