Sweet French-style dessert wine.  Wonderfully balanced sweetness with a zesty acidity.  Peaches, apricots, lemon, bitter almond and honey with warming undertones of ginger. 

Pairs well with:  Cheese platter, dessert, especially a rich lime crème brûlée or profiteroles.
