Description
Below-average rainfall in spring 2017 combined with a warm/hot and dry summer led to low yields of fruit of exceptional quality in the 2018 vintage. Favourable ripening conditions in February and March 2018 allowed the Grenache berries to develop good tannin structure as well as a fleshy, ripe Grenache fruit character. The intense varietal red fruit notes include cherry and raspberry. Notes of white pepper and soft tannins give this wine excellent structure and finesse.
Ā Pairs well with: Main course, on its own
